Viennese Puff

Cook Time: 1 hour Number of Servings: 4
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 Pound EdenValley Ground Chicken
1/4 Tsp Curry Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1 Whole Onion, chopped
1/2 Cup Cheese, grated
1/2 Cup Flour
1 Cup Milk
1 Whole Egg
3 Tbsp Butter
Instructions:
Sprinkle crumbs over bottom of 8x8 dish. Form ground meat
on waxed paper to fit bottom of dish and place on top of
crumbs. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Drain
off any fat. Melt butter, add curry, salt, pepper, onion and
cheese. Stir in flour then add milk and beaten egg. Stir while
mixture thickens. Remove from heat and pour over ground
meat mixture then bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until
golden brown.
