Charlie's Omelet

Cook Time: Number of Servings: 2
1 Small Onion, chopped
8 Medium Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
4 Large EdenValley Eggs
1/4 Cup Water
sprinkle Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Instructions:
Sauté onions and mushrooms in frying pan on medium heat.
Beat eggs and water, pour over sautéd onions and
mushrooms. Lift edges of egg so more egg mixture will seep
beneath and cook. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Put
in oven to melt cheese then turn half of the omelet over itself.
