Brunch Pie

Cook Time: 22 min Number of Servings: 6
2 Cups Frozen Hashbrowns
1/2 Tsp Seasoned Salt
3/4 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
1/2 Cup Green Pepper, chopped
5 Whole Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
1/8 Tsp Pepper
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
6 Slices Bacon, crisp fried and crushed
Instructions:
Spread hash browns evenly in a 10" quiche dish or a pie plate.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and mix
well. Spread mushrooms, onions and peppers over hash
browns. Beat eggs with milk and pepper. Pour over
vegetables. Cover loosely with wax paper. Cook on medium -
high in microwave for 15 - 20 minutes until firm in center.
Sprinkle cheese and bacon over top and let stand until melted.
Freezes well. Reheat in microwave on HIGH for 3 - 4 minutes.
