Blueberry Apple Chutney
Ingredients
4 cups peeled and cubed apples In a large pot, mix brown sugar and vinegar. Cook over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Add all other ingredients except the blueberries and cook to a thick consistency (2-3 hours) At low heat, stir constantly, add blueberries, remove from heat.
3/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
3/4 cup raisins
1 medium onion
2-4 garlic cloves
300 g dark brown sugar
150 ml apple cider vinegar
1 tsp each of cinnamon, ginger, and red chilli pepper
salt and pepper to taste
