Apple Caraway Chicken

 3 Whole EdenValley Boneless Breast, cut in strips
 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
 1 Tsp Salt
 1 Tsp Paprika
 1/8 Tsp Pepper
 1 1/2 Cups Apple Juice, divided
 1 Tsp Caraway Seeds
 1 1/2 Cups Carrots, sliced
 1 Cup Apple, Granny Smith, chopped,

In medium bowl, mix until smooth cornstarch, garlic powder,
salt, paprika, pepper and 1/2 cup apple juice; set aside.  In
large frying pan heat remaining 1 cup apple juice and bring to
simmer.  Add caraway seeds and carrots.  Cook, stirring
occasionally. Until carrots are tender.  Add chicken and cook,
stirring about 2 minutes or until chicken cook, stirring about 2
minutes or until chicken loses pink color.  Stir about 5 minutes
or until thickened.  Add apple and cook until heated through. 
Serve over rice.
